Megacolour is committed to excellence in managing our impact on the environment. It is our aim to continually investigate new methods in order to reduce our environmental impact.
As such, our aim is to manage our operations so that we have a positive effect on the environment. Our environmental commitment extends to our manufacturing facility, employees and our surrounding environment.
Our procurement policy is to ensure that all raw materials purchased have minimal impact on the environment. We endorse sustainable forestry through our paper purchasing policy (only purchase FSC & PEFC paper), and only use printing inks produced from plant based matter (mainly soy based).
Recycling is a major consideration in our business. All waste materials such as paper, used printing plates and toner cartridges are recycled. Our staff our mindful of the impact of waste throughout the organisation and are rewarded in keeping this to a minimum.
